    • Your tasks:

    • technical support of logistics processes in warehouses, user requests, solving incidents and accidents, SCS, switches, WiFi network, TSD, label printers, dashboards, measuring equipment, user workstations, printers/BFP;
    • technical support of office workplaces, user requests, incident and accident resolution, printers/BFP, refilling cartridges, Internet access, OS, basic software/drivers, antivirus software, specialized software;
    • repair of IT equipment through service centers and independently;
    • providing primary data for accounting of workplaces, IT equipment, repairs and accidents;
    • infrastructure and network administration WiFi network, SCS, LCD, network condition monitoring, resolution of incidents and accidents.

    Higher or technical education in the field of information technology, administration, telecommunications is important for us. etc.;

  • practical work experience of two years or more in the areas of technical user support, system administration, etc.;
  • knowledge of Windows operating systems, including server systems at the administrator level;
  • knowledge ofchips of the structure of local computer networks and communication protocols;
  • ability to work with network equipment; 
  • the ability to carry out maintenance and simple repairs of copiers, thermal printers;
