Software Engineer (C++, Embedded) in Useyinov I., FOP

We are a TRL ~5 MilTech startup working on automation and control systems for defense applications. The project is in the phase of active development and preparation for scaling and attracting investments.

We are looking for an Embedded Developer / FPGA Engineer, who is ready to come in at an early stage and eventually grow into a technical leader / CTO.
Tasks

• Development and support of embedded systems
• Working with FPGA (Verilog)
• IntegrationHW - SW (sensors, interfaces, control)
• Participation in the design of system architecture
• Analysis and optimization of performance, delays, reliability
• Participation in testing and preparation for TRL6 demo
  
  Requirements
• Experience in embedded development
• Strong knowledge of Verilog (FPGA)
• Understanding hardware (microcontrollers / SoC / peripherals)
• Experience with low-level systems, real-time
• Ability to read diagrams and work with technical documentation

• Independence, systems thinking
   

  Will be a plus:

• Embedded Linux
• Communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN etc.)
• Experience in defense / aerospace / industrial projects

• Understanding system reliability and security requirements
