Maintenance of documentation on the movement of equipment. Support of the procurement / warranty process of equipment and peripherals. Maintenance of inventory of equipment, software and their licenses. Installation, testing and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. Creation of accounts and computers by appropriate groups in Active Directory. Technical support for users (in telephone mode, mail, remote access to workstations). Administration of Windows services. Administration of network infrastructure. Monitoring of work and maintenance of office equipment. Expectations from the candidate: Professional education in computer engineering or other specialties IT-related principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP / IP protocols. Knowledge of Windows OS at the administrator level. Experience in deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure. Experience in deployment, support of Windows infrastructure services (AD, VPN, Exchange). Understanding what HelpDesk, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP are.
