Job description

Tasks to solve: 

• Monitoring and elimination of incidents within the IT infrastructure using the Help Desk service. 
• Installation, testing and configuration of new workstations, peripherals and software.
• Creation of accounts and computers according to appropriate groups in Active Directory.
• Technical support of users ( in telephone mode, mail, remote access to workstations).
• Administration of Windows services.
• Administration of network infrastructure.
• Monitoring of work and maintenance of office equipment.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Professional education in computer engineering or other specialties related to IT knowledge of the principles of building and functioning of networks and TCP / IP protocols. Knowledge of Windows OS at the administrator level. Experience in deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure. Experience in deployment, support of Windows infrastructure services (AD, VPN, Exchange). Understanding what HelpDesk, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP are. Competent Ukrainian language; technical English - intermediate
