Public organization "PLURITON" is an organization whose activities are aimed at providing comprehensive assistance to victims of hostilities and persons in difficult life circumstances.

In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for in the team of "social worker, case manager". The main task of this position will be to provide social support to internally displaced persons and affected population groups, develop individual assistance plans, cooperate with representatives of other charitable (public) organizations, employees of state institutions, to achieve positive results.

What awaits you in this position:

• Working directly with victims, evacuees and their families, identifying their needs and providing comprehensive support.
• Coordinating assistance.
• Interacting with the team, other organizations and volunteers to effectively address beneficiary issues.
• Documenting and reporting on completion work.

To be successful in this role, it will be useful for you to:

• Have work experience in the field of social work, psychology, humanitarian aid or related areas for at least 1 year.
• Be open, sensitive and ready to support people in difficult situations.
• Be able to work independently, plan your time and take responsibility for tasks.
• Have effective communication skills, the ability to listen and find approaches to different people.
