The Project Manager on Social Services Development in Karitas-Spes Ukrayina

We are looking for:Local Coordinator/Project Manager for Development of Social Services in cooperation with UNICEF.

Requirements:

• experience in the field of social services will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the situation in the community, good networking and communication with all key stakeholders in the community - mandatory;
• developed communication skills, the ability to advocate for the benefit of the community at the level of decision-makers;
• interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team to achieve organizational goals;

• ability to see a bigger perspective in the result and motivation to contribute to positive changes.
• having a driver's license and own car, residence in Khmelnytskyi

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• establishment and constant support of cooperation with key persons and representatives of organizations working in the target community;
• representation of the interests of Caritas-Spes Ukraine and UNICEF in the communities;
• establishment of interdepartmental interaction and implementation of project activities for the implementation of social services;
• collection of information and informing the Manager of the project regarding emerging problems or additional needs for project implementation in the community, including informing about progress and progress at each stage of component implementation
• participation in meetings and events that are necessary for project implementation;
• accompanying trainers, experts and other project executors during visits to communities, in particular: providing transportation or arranging travel, assistance during events (if necessary);
• organization of information gathering from community representatives within the project according to the requests of the project manager;
• assistance in the organization of trainings and other educational programs within the project.
