Social and Legal Protection Project Manager, which/-a will join our team in Kharkiv .

Social and Legal Protection Project Manager will work in Kharkiv and manage social and legal protection activities in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. 

This position is subordinated to the regional administrative and software manager with technical supervision by the coordinator of the national law department of the national office. They will:

  • manage all social and legal protection programs in eastern Ukraine, supervise a group of social and legal protection in Kharkiv and Donetsk and manage it directly. 
  • Coordinate, plan and monitor all the projects concerning the field of protection, including legal assistance measures, monitoring of protection, targeted assistance in the field of protection, protection at the level of community, psychosocial support (PSP), prevention of GZN and response measures, and assistance. 
  • Maintain communication and coordinate work with a defense cluster, partner organizations and other protection figures in the area of ​​activity. 
  • To ensure the highest quality of measures in this area, as well as the consistency between all projects, current and proposed, according to the overall strategy. 
  • To take a leadership role in providing high quality programs and timely assistance, narrative reporting and financial reviews, close cooperation with donors, government partners, as well as in coordination mechanisms in place and synergy with other activities of the DRB in the area. related to projects.
  • Provide information for monthly, quarterly and annual donors reports. Strategies

    • Present the DRB and take an active part in sectoral and corresponding sub -fellow and working groups.They were clear and used to improve software. 
    • Promote the development and growth of relevant DRB software and contribution to the development of a national strategy.       • about you:
