You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director, ensuring that every campaign aligns with our vision while also driving measurable results.🎨 Key Responsibilities• Social Media Management:• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to showcase our collections across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).• Create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos that resonate with our luxury audience.• Manage day-to-day operations, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.• Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm campaigns and pitch fresh, innovative ideas.• Email Marketing:• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.• Use tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo to design email templates, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.• Paid Advertising:• Plan, monitor, and optimize ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads to maximize ROI.• Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.• Content and UX/UI Design:• Design visually appealing and user-friendly website elements, landing pages, and email templates.• Ensure digital touchpoints reflect a seamless luxury experience for our clients.• Performance Tracking & Optimization:• Analyze social media, email, and ad campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to enhance digital presence and engagement.• Administrative Tasks:• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.• Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners for collaborations.• Support organizational projects as needed to ensure seamless team operations.💎 Ideal Candidate Profile• Proven experience in social media, email marketing, and paid advertising (experience in luxury or jewelry is a strong plus).• Exceptional graphic design and animation skills (Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage.• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and refine strategies.• Highly organized, with excellent project management abilities.• Proactive, creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments.Why Join Djihan Jewelry?At Djihan Jewelry, we celebrate heritage and innovation.
