• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Ability to create and implement social media communication plans.
• “Light pen” and the ability to create attractive content.
• Knowledge of trends, formats, specifics and indicators in social media.
• Experience in team management.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of activities carried out, draw conclusions on this basis, and report on current activitiesń or presenting recommendations.
• Conscientiousness and discipline as well as very good organization of own work.
• Creativity, commitment, aesthetic sense, attention to detail, independence, punctuality and an open mind.
• Knowledge of marketing, knowledge of tools supporting marketing activities.
• Ability to create and edit short video materials for social media.
• Ease of communication with the team and the client.
• Ability to work in a group.
• Honesty, transparency and openness to feedback.
• Knowledge of the functioning of advertising systems in social media, ability to promote content.
• Experience in creating graphic content, knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Readiness to work stationary at the initial stage of cooperation, in the office in Poznań; in the longer term, the possibility of hybrid work.
