Social Media Manager in MAS Seeds

MAS SEEDS UKRAINE is a brand of the MAISADOUR Cooperative Group, which is the main agricultural group of the South of France with an annual turnover of 1.4 billion euros. The owners of the MAISADOUR Cooperative Group are several thousand French farmers.

With more than 150 employees, MAS SEEDS UKRAINE is one of the main branches of the Group and a key producer of corn and sunflower hybrid seeds in Ukraine. MAS SEEDS UKRAINE implements all areas of the seed business: selection of hybrids of key field crops, production and supply of premium-class seeds to agricultural producers.

MAS SEEDS UKRAINE is a connecting the link between the farmer and scientific technologies. The company's hybrids are adapted to any climatic conditions due to the constant renewal of genetic material using the latest technologies.

In connection with the expansion of the team of the marketing department, MAS SEEDS UKRAINE is looking for Social Media Manager in the city of Kyiv (place of work in the village of Velika Oleksandrivka, Boryspil district).

Responsibilities:

1. Creation of information drives:

• Collects news from the regional team, marketing, research and production departments, creates advertising texts and publishes them on the company's social pages Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok; 
• Organizes constant communication with real and potential customers of the Company using messengers Viber, Telegram, corporate mail and SMS; 
• Provides visual support for the Company's events on the website and social pages, prepares event reports for the accounting department; 
• Interviews customers/opinion leaders to create quality content and use it for promotional purposes.

2. Management of social pages: 

• Administers the site, intranet, AGROconcentrate platform and social pages of the Company - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Telegram; 
• Adapts image texts, presentations and brochures of the head office to the promotional objectives of the Company for publication on social pages;
• Publishes daily/weekly posts, photo and video reports on social pages depending on the approved media - plan; 
• Responds to requests and increases the number of visitors to the Company's social pages;
• Implements advertising campaigns on social pages, as well as SEO optimization of the site, monitors the implementation of the approved budget.

    3. Sales support: 

  • Coordinates the delivery of demo seed samples to the regions (April and July), provides reporting on the movement of demo seeds; 
  • Collects advertising needs from the regional team, ensures distribution of advertising products from the Company's marketing staff, reports on its movement; 
  • Participates in activities to ensure proper visualization of the company brand;  
  • Within his competence, he participates in the development of the strategy and operational plan related to the promotion of the company's brand in various social networks. 

   Requirements:

  • Full higher education;
  • Knowledge of the English language - level B2;
  • Work experience in SMM, copywriting, digital communications, promotion of social pages from 2x years;
  • General knowledge in the field of advertising and marketing, understanding of the principles of creating content for various social networks;
  • Ability to use tools for analytics and promotion, knowledge of automation methods in messengers and social networks, experience administration of pages and groups, ability to communicate with subscribers.
