About the Role:
In this role, you will be at the heart of our content production, especially focusing on content formats across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. You will craft compelling, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience while driving brand awareness and building thought leadership for our clients.
Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement creative content strategies tailored for B2B audiences on Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
🔹Produce a consistent stream of high-quality social media content that aligns with our clients’ branding and marketing objectives.
🔹Keep a finger on the pulse of current internet culture, including memes, news, and trending stories
🔹Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content is on-brand and contributes to our overall marketing strategy.
🔹Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns to help refine strategies over time.
🔹Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
Qualifications:
🔹Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
🔹At least 1 year of experience at a similar position in a startup or fast-moving B2B product;
🔹Ability to translate current trends into engaging content that captures the interest of a specific audience.
🔹Creative thinker with a track record of producing content that is informative, engaging, and highly relevant to our target audience.
🔹Proven experience with creating content for various social media channels in a startup (B2B experience is a plus).
🔹A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and helping colleagues git gud.
🔹Proficient in using analytics tools to gauge content success and make data-driven decisions.
🔹Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
🔹Experience with video editing, graphic design, and other content (blogs, landing pages, etc) is a big plus.
