Social Media Buyer (search arbitrage) in Galaktica

We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects for more than 5 years in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like the main product, has been around for over 5 years.

Our goal is to create an IT holding, the core of which will be an IT studio startups in synergy with a powerful marketing unit that will create world-class products.

We are currently actively investing in scaling our own marketing agency of the full cycle and in this connection we are looking for a top Senior Social Media Buyer(search arbitrage) who will be with us who will grow in number with us and scale of projects.

At the beginning of work, your manager will be Head of targeting, and in the future you can become a team leader, a department head or even a C-level manager.

You will work with budgets from 20 thousand $ per month. In case of successful work, the budget will increase monthly according to the indicators. Since our goal is for you to reach a budget of at least 300 thousand. $ and more.

Your KPI will be calculated in such a way that you will have no restrictions and will be able to influence your income independently.

As part of working with the client, your goals will:

• Find and scale working links;
• Reduce the cost of the target conversion ;
• Optimize traffic to receive a continuous flow of advertising;
• Execute KPIs regarding the desired amount, quality and price of traffic.

While working on projects, you will interact with designers who will help create creatives.

By what criteria do you fit us:

• Worked in search/feed arbitrage since 1 year;
• Started FB accounts/ TikTok from scratch;
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
• You have a successful work experience with trackers and analysis of results in it.

Would be a plus, but not required:

• Have successful experience with Slick Flare;
• Worked with large budgets;
• You speak English at the B2 level;
• Working with other traffic sources besides FB/TikTok.
