Ternopil Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine is looking for in its team s the Ocial Consultant of the Ukrainian Red Cross Public Center in Ternopil. conditions. Contact with the beneficiaries

• Familiarity with the beneficiary, creating a positive image of Tchu and Public Center during the first contact with the beneficiary (during the absence of the center administrator, later the first contact will take place with the Center's Administrator). principles of nonviolent communication and conditions of air conditioning.   

2. Estimation of needs

• Definition and analysis of the beneficiary's needs. 
• Fixing the needs of the beneficiary map.
• Detection, collection, record and analysis of social problems of the community on the basis of consolidated data on the requests of beneficiaries, detection of gaps in regulating social relations in the specified field and transmission of information for further advocacy. 

3. Solving the identified problems of the beneficiary

• Develop an action plan to solve the problems of the beneficiary. 
• Informing (providing information to the beneficiary about the services available in the TCHU and in the community that can help solve identified problems).
• Direct counseling, including with the use non -governmental organizations by receiving a particular service as needed.

4. Collaboration with other programs within the Ukrainian Red Cross and with external partnership organizations

• Marding services in the community and region, including communication with responsible persons of the Ukrainian Red Cross on the ground
• establishing communication with community/organizations/organizations Redirection
• redirecting the beneficiary to other programs within the Ukrainian Red Cross, state bodies, communal institutions, specialized institutions, public organizations, charitable funds, non -governmental organizations for the receipt of certain services
• tracking the efficiency of redirecting

Monitoring and evaluation

• Collection and analysis of feedback from beneficiaries for further improvement of social counseling service. 
• Provisions for improving social counseling service.
