SOC Engineer (Network) in INFOTEH, DP

In addition, INFOTECH is an official provider of IT solutions for government institutions. Our projects cover a wide range of areas, including cryptographic protection, digital transformation, as well as IT solutions for medicine, education, finance, government and telecommunications.

Your tasks will be:

• Configuration and monitoring of network screens
• Analysis and monitoring of network equipment settings (switches, routers) from the point of view of information security;
• Analysis of network traffic to identify suspicious or unwanted activities and timely response to information security incidents Development and implementation of security policies at network levels, taking into account modern standards and methods of cyber protection
• Maintenance and updating of software of network screens in accordance with security requirements and vulnerabilities
• Participation in planning and implementation of technical measures for cyber protection, including network architectural changes and deployment defensive solutions
• Cooperation with other team members to respond to incidents

What it takes:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years
• Higher education in the field of computer science, information technology or related fields
• Experience in the administration of network screens next generation (Next Generation Firewall)
• Understanding of network security principles, including knowledge of protocols, standards and network environment threats
• Ability analyze and interpret data from network monitoring and incident detection
• Experience with network monitoring, analysis and security tools (Wireshark, IDS/IPS systems, and network firewalls)
• English language (intermediate) , reading technical documentation, correspondence

Would be an advantage:

• Certifications in the field of network security Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or readiness to obtain them
• Experience with the deployment and management of Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC) and Palo Alto Networks Panorama
