SOC Analyst / SOC Analyst in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the group of companies is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a SOC Analyst.
What will you do:

• processing of security events and incidents reported by individuals or systems (SIEM, anti-malware, threat analysis);
• viewing daily security reports generated by security monitoring tools;
• maintenance and monitoring of security systems (SIEM, WAF, EDR/Antivirus, log collection and analytics);
• manual and automated penetration testing;
• processing of security-related requests;
• preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

• commercial experience from 1 year;
• knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI network protocol stack;
• knowledge of Windows and Linux OS administration;< /li>
• understanding of OWASP TOP 10;
• understanding of common types of security attacks (DDoS, XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, malware/ransomware, phishing, etc.);

• hands-on experience with SIEM systems, EDR tools, antivirus, web security proxy, WAF, DLP, Vulnerability Scanners;
• basic scripting skills (will be an advantage);
• good communication skills in English;
• willingness to work in the office on a 3/3 schedule.
