SOC Analyst in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digitalwhich is part of group of companies NOVA is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a SOC Analyst

What will you do:

• Process security events and incidents reported by individuals or systems (SIEM, anti-malware, threat analysis).
• View daily security reports generated by tools security monitoring.
• Maintenance and monitoring of security systems (SIEM, WAF, EDR/Antivirus, log collection and analytics, etc.).
• Manual and automated penetration testing.
• Processing security-related requests.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

About you:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI network protocol stack.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS administration.
• Understanding of OWASP TOP 10.
• Understanding of common types of security attacks (DDoS, XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, Malware/Ransomware, Phishing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM systems, EDR tools, Antivirus, Web Security Proxy, WAF , DLP, Vulnerability Scanners.
• Basic scripting skills (will be an advantage).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in the office on a 3/3 schedule.
