Snowflake Cloud Administrator in Sigma IT Poland

We are looking for a Snowflake Administrator to join a newly formed team of DWH professionals responsible for the administration and support of data warehouse (DW) platforms on-premises and in the cloud. The system is used for reporting and data analysis. It is a central repository for integrated data from various sources. 

Our customer is a well-known Scandinavian automotive company  with global operations. They have DWH on premises with Oracle Database and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator as ETL tool) and in the cloud based on Snowflake, Matillion, Gitlab and AWS/Azure. They are in transition to move to cloud solutions. 

It's a long-term collaboration , for an indefinite period of time, with the potential to grow together with a newly formed team.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract  

• UoP: up to 18 500 PLN gross/month
• B2B: up to 150 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of professional experience on the similar position;
• Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and functionality;
• Hands-on skills with SQL and database administration ;
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or/and Azure;
• Profound knowledge of security and compliance best practices;
• Some work experience with Git tools such as Gitlab, VS code, CI/CD;
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills;
• Fluency in English (C1) to work effectively in a multinational team;
• Location in Poland for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
