You are our ideal candidate, if:

•Experience: you have experience in SMM of 2-3 years and experience in a managerial position (management of a team of 5 or more people).

Skills:you know how to build strategies from scratch, and speak to customers in the language of numbers.Leadership: you know how to set clear terms of reference, monitor team deadlines and give constructive feedback.

•Personality: responsibility is your middle name. You are a strategist who sees the big picture, but notices the details.

•Stability: you have an additional power source (PowerStation/PowerBank) and a stable connection. You are in touch and in the workflow under any conditions.

Your tasks:

• Management of the SMM department (coordination of the work of 5+ specialists).

• Development and control of the implementation of complex strategies for agency clients.

• Communication with clients: presentation of strategies, reporting and solving complex cases.

• Personal management of key agency projects.

• Optimization of internal processes and content quality control at all stages.
