Experience in a similar position or experience in user support; experience in SMM will be an added advantage
English language — from confident level B1(knowledge of French or Portuguese will be a plus)
Ability to make quick decisions and stress resistance in working with various situations
Responsible and organizedProactive and initiative - likes to explore and improve processes
