  • Respond to all user requests incomments and private messages on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and Telegram
    

  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments (SMM, brand managers, technical department)
    

  • Create and follow requests for proposals and complaints
    

  • FollowYour skills and experience

    • Experience in a similar position or experience in user support; experience in SMM will be an added advantage

    • English language — from confident level B1(knowledge of French or Portuguese will be a plus)

    • Experience in handling user requests in online channels: users, providing feedback, working with questions, complaints and requests

    • Ability to make quick decisions and stress resistance in working with various situations
