Writing both a strategic plan for the development of social networks and an urgent monthly content plan, taking into account the specifics of the target audienceTimely and high-quality maintenance of the fund’s pages in social networks, interaction on behalf of the fund with subscribers, other pages (for example, commenting on the posts of partners and industry leaders)Development of corporate style, both visual and written for social networks and the fund websiteReporting regarding the main indicators in social networks, on the website and adjusting strategies to obtain the necessary development dynamicsPreparation of visual materials, such as: images, infographics, etc. (independently, with AI or with an involved designer)Study of activities in social networks of other public organizations, charitable foundations dealing with similar topics, associations, partners and formation of a proposal for improving the content and visualization of social networks of the fundIn coordination with the Head of the Communication Department - creation of material for filling the websiteIndependently or with the participation of a contractor, setting up SEO, Google Ads, monitoring the dynamics of coverage, analysis and improvement of keywords, meta descriptions, etc.Conducting search engine research requests and research of the best methods of promotionTogether with the Partnerships Manager, search in social networks of other foreign foundations and public organizations for the formation of new partnershipsCommunication with them on behalf of the foundation, as well as monitoring announcements about events, available grants, trainings and other opportunities for fund development Additional tasks:
- Sending targeted messages to potential partners and donors on LinkedIn
- Setting up targeted advertising based on interests and geolocation
- Thinking together with the CA team of each of the projects and what unites them
Requirements for candidates:
- Experience of 1.5 years in the field of SMM, including competitive advantage - work with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and Google Ads
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic software packages will be a plus
