At SmartyAds, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven SMM Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and with social media listening. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
   
   • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and identity to align with business goals.
2. Content Management:
   
   • Regularly create, edit, publish, and share engaging social media content.
3. Monitoring and Analysis:
   
   • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
4. Collaboration with Other Departments:
   
   • Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and manage social media interactions.
5. Stay Current in the Industry:
   
   • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
6. Audience Engagement:
   
   • Promptly and professionally respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
   
   • Proven experience (2+ years) as an SMM Specialist or similar role in B2B marketing.
2. Social Media Knowledge:
   
   • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
3. Communication Skills:
   
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creativity:
   
   • Ability to develop engaging and compelling content.
5. English Proficiency:
   
   • Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
