We are looking for a content manager with visual thinking who will help systematically implement our content strategy in digital. We need a person who does not just make posts, but thinks, analyzes and improves what he creates. Someone who works with strategy, but brings their own vision and is not afraid to take initiative.
This role will suit someone who:

- analyzes the result and draws conclusions
What will you do:
- create content for all our social networks (Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, blog on the website) according to the approved strategy
- prepare texts and visuals (independently or with minimal support)
- propose new formats and ideas
- work with analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion)
- test creatives and scale what gives result
What will help to be effective:
- 2+ years of experience in content (SMM, blog, media, content marketing)
- confident work in Figma / Canva / Adobe
- understanding of basic metrics and performance-approach
- experience in FinTech / crypto / SaaS will be a plus
