We work with content, form and strategy so that the business looks coherent and speaks the same language to the audience. The agency is at the stage of formation and active growth. Now the foundation is being laid: brand, processes, communication, team. With the growth of the agency and the number of projects: the area of ​​responsibility expands, client projects appear, the level of payment is revised, growth to a lead role or direction is possible. We are in favor of long-term cooperation, not temporary closure of tasks.

We need a person who understands why this content is for, how it works in marketing, communication and looks visually worthy. The first focus is to launch and develop the social networks of the agency itself from scratch and make them a working tool, not just a feed of posts.

Tasks for you:

• Develop and implement a development strategy
• Form the positioning and tone of voice
• Create content: texts, visuals, videos (on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads)
• Work with analytics and adjust the approach
• Think like a marketer, not just an executor
• Be responsible for your direction

You need:

• Experience in SMM from 6 months
• Understanding of marketing and communication strategies
• Feeling of design, typography, compositions
• Ability to work with Figma / Photoshop / CapCut / VN (you can offer your programs that create high-quality content)
• Independence, initiative, system thinking
• Portfolio with real cases (most often there is no time for the portfolio, so you can do separate projects)

Will be plus:

• It will be good if managed to work in a creative agency/studio.
• Work with advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)

Working hours - part-time, we are flexible and always agree if you need to leave or shift working hours.

Work format - work with home, offline meetings as needed (Kyiv).

Vacation — 12 days a year, you can also choose Day Off at any time (7 days a year) to solve personal issues.
