Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company employer brand in social networks;
• Drive the development of our brand’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, X. com, Instagram and Facebook;
• Collaborate closely with the HR Team to align social media efforts;
• Create and implement a content plan with creative visuals, posts, and video formats;
• Generate creative content and ideas;
• Track SMM activities, analyze achievements, and initiate ideas for performance improvement;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the WEB3 and Crypto industry;
• Launch and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms;
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for employer brand;
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices;
• Practical experience promoting a brand and managing communications through X.com , LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms;
• Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail (Ukrainian and English languages);
• Proficiency in working with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, etc;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• A proactive and collaborative approach;
• Creative and positive thinking.
