SMM specialist in Drum'N'Code

We need a SMM Specialist to promote our company's brand in social networks on the Ukrainian market and will use AI capabilities to improve work efficiency.

We specialize in Web andMobile development, design, project management and creating a full cycle of software development, we provide technological and business consulting and support for our customers and partners around the world.

What you will do:

• Manage Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Develop and implement a promotion strategy and content plan for social networks
• Generate cool content (posts, stories, videos, memes, creatives)
• Run advertising on brand awareness and engagement
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
• Work with designers or create content yourself in Canva/Figma/Photoshop
• Analyze performance and improve strategy

What is important to us:

• 1.5+ years of experience in SMM
• Knowledge of social networks and their algorithms
• Ability to form a TK for a designer
• Skills for working with Canva and Figma
• Ability to communicate at a high level levels
• Proactivity and responsibility
• Competent Ukrainian + English (from Intermediate+)
• Practical experience in using AI tools to create content (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc.)
• Basic skills for launching targeted advertising
• Ability to create content that not only gains activity, but also helps in achieving business goals
• Independence, creativity, responsibility, initiative and love of technology

Will be a plus:

• English Upper-Intermediate+
• Experience with memes, trends, slang
• Understanding digital marketing trends
• Experience working with IT companies
• Experience with LinkedIn
