SMM specialist in Yana Fitness

Women's fitness club Yana Fitness is looking for an active and creative SMM specialist to work with social networks. If you know how to attract an audience, create stylish and exciting content, and are sincerely passionate about a healthy lifestyle, then we are waiting for you!

Tasks:
• Development and implementation of content strategies?? for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• Planning, creating and publishing visual and textual content (posts, stories, videos).
• Regular communication with subscribers: replies to comments, messages, conducting surveys.
• Participation in development and implementation?? advertising campaigns.
• Analysis of activity in social networks, work with analytics and optimization of content to achieve KPI (reach, engagement, attraction of new customers).
• Interaction with opinion leaders to promote the club.
• Prompt response to trends and introduction of new formats.

Requirements:
• Work experience in SMM (from 1 year) — preferably in the field of fitness.
• Knowledge of the principles of social networks, ability to analyze and adapt content for each platform.
• Experience with photo and video editors (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• Creativity and sense of style, ability to select visuals and write exciting texts.
• Excellent communication skills and competent Ukrainian language.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategy depending on results.
• Understanding of basics targeted?? advertising will be an advantage.
