Content and production

• Create a content plan

• Preparation and regular release of content

• Adaptation for different formats; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Preparation and placement of SEO texts on the sitevorwartsbeauty.com (2 times a week).

• Support of new product launches, promotions, training seminars

• Help in the preparation of video content with the participation of cosmetologists

• Working with cases, reviews, expert UGC

• Cooperation with profile influencers (cosmetologists, doctors): organization and maintenance of content

• Creating content during professional conferences and beauty events (photos, videos, stories)

Analytics and efficiency

• Analysis of content results (reach, engagement)

• Finding ideas to improve results based on data and competitor analysis

Requirements (must-have)

• 2 years of social media management experience

• Experience of working with B2B projects

• Ability to write commercial texts

• Competent Ukrainian language, attention to details

• High speed of work and independence

• Ability to work with deadlines without constant supervision

• Experience producing video content

• Experience in the beauty or medical field

• Understanding ethical and advertising restrictions in medical / beauty and what content works for sales and trust in B2B

• Skills in basic editing or working with Canva / Figma

• Understanding the principles of targeted advertising (at the TK level)
