We are currently scaling and looking for an SMM Middle Specialist to strengthen our social media presence and help build systemic content that generates interest, grows audiences and impacts business results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a content strategy and content plan for a content creator on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.).

• Development of creative formats: photos, videos, stories, text materials.

• Analysis of content effectiveness: interaction, engagement, reach, growth of subscribers.

• Optimization of strategy based on analytics and KPI achievement.

• Preparation of reports at the request of the manager.

• Participation in creation of photo and video content, search and interaction with contractors.

• Working with influencers: search, analysis, communication.

• Setting clear technical tasks for the content maker, designer and contractors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an SMM manager from 3 years.

• Experience in managing social networks: Instagram, Facebook, Threads; preferably — TikTok.

• Good communication skills and the ability to formulate high-quality technical tasks.
