Your area of ​​responsibility: Development of accounts in social networks: Linkedin (b2b), Instagram and Facebook (employee brand); SMM writing -strategies and development of content plan; Creation of photo and video content; Writing and publication of posts/articles/stories/reels in English and Ukrainian according to the content plan; Designing TK for the designer to create visuals; Development of creatives for advertising, launch of advertising through Meta Ads and analytics of results; Generation of new ideas and their testing; Regular reporting, performance analysis and adjustment of the SMM strategy based on this data. What we expect from you: Minimum 2 years of experience as an SMM manager in an IT company; Confident experience with LinkedIn . graphic design (Canva, Figma) and video editors; Fluency in the Ukrainian language, including knowledge of modern Ukrainian spelling; High level of self-organization and adherence to deadlines; Creativity, the ability to present your ideas and argue your vision; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
