Work in the office of Chernivtsi with business trips to Kyiv 2-3 days a month.

We are looking for a pro to help our brand scale in a new direction for us! If you have experience in running effective advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, you know how social network algorithms work, and you know how to hit precisely the needs of the audience - we are waiting for you!

What we expect from you:

• Excellent Meta knowledge Ads, settings of FB Pixel and advertising tools of social networks;
• Systemic thinking and ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Ability to explain complex things simply and succinctly;
• Systematic , discipline, readiness for clear work in the regime "deadline task";
• photo/video shooting;
• planning and implementation of the content plan (posts, stories, reels);
• participation in photo sessions, filming and events;
• audience growth in networks;
• work with reviews.

What you will do:

Plan, create, optimize and analyze the effectiveness of Meta Ads.
Conduct targeted advertising activities on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Viber, Telegram.
Analyze user behavior and effectiveness digital campaign.
Develop a structure of funnels to warm up customers, test hypotheses, optimize results.
Coordinate media plans and their compliance with the brand strategy.
Offer new approaches to attracting audiences and increasing the number of leads.
