Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube;
• Creation, planning and publication of content in accordance with the content plan;
• Analytics and strategy correction based on the received data;
• Attracting new subscribers and increasing audience activity;
• Interaction with subscribers , moderating comments and maintaining the company's reputation in social networks;
• Cooperation with designers, copywriters and videographers to create content (texts, photos, videos, stories, etc.);
• Conducting advertising campaigns and promotions in order to increase sales and brand recognition;
• Adaptation of content to the specifics of each social network.

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM from 2 years;
• Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube platforms;
• Knowledge of analytical tools;
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for content;
• Excellent copywriting skills and experience in writing texts for social networks.
• Knowledge of trends in social media, ability to quickly adapt to new formats and algorithms;< /li>
• Ability to work with video editors (for example: CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.);
• Ability to work with photo editors (for example: Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva , etc.);
• Ability to work with artificial intelligence (eg: Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Copilot, etc.);
• Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
