SMM manager remotely in CRYSTAL LLC

We are a real American cleaning company, Crystal LLC (Missouri, USA), working steadily with private homes, Airbnb and post-construction properties. The business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an SMM manager to develop social networks and attract new clients.

DUTIES:

• Managing Instagram, Facebook

• Creating a content plan

• Writing posts and scripts for videos

• Working with Reels / Shorts

  ads)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic English language (understanding of texts, interface, tasks)

• Understanding the American market or willingness to quickly dive into it

• Understanding how traffic, applications, conversion work, not only “good posts”

• Experience in SMM from 1 year

• Understanding social network algorithms

• Ability to create selling content

• Responsibility and systematicity

• Canva / CapCut skills

• Experience in service niches will be a plus

TERMS:

• Remote work

• Flexible schedule

• Salary 12,000 - 20,000 UAH per month (depending on results)

• Long-term cooperation
