SMM manager (remote) in Sklyaro

Sklyaro recruiting agency is looking for a specialist who will help develop the brand in social networks and creatively communicate with the audience.

Responsibilities:

• creating a content plan and managing pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn;

• writing posts, stories, short texts and scripts for video;

• selection of visuals (photos, videos, reels) in accordance with the style of the brand;

• planning and publication of content according to the schedule;

• analytics of pages, increasing engagement and coverage;

• cooperation with designers, recruiters, targetologist.

Requirements:

• experience in SMM from 1 year (preferred);

• understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms;

• creativity, literacy, ability to write lively and interesting;

• basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Photoshop;

• responsibility and initiative.

Will be a plus:

• ability to shoot short videos, clips, reels;

• experience with target or blogger integrations;

• interest in recruiting, HR or brand employer.

Terms:

• Format: remotely or partially offline (Kyiv);

• Schedule: flexible, negotiated individually;

• Payment: according to the results of the interview (rate + bonus for results);

• Periodic meetings with the team to discuss content (possible online).
