We are looking for SMM ManagerSimply Contact is a dynamic leader in the customer support and customer care industry, providing services to clients around the world.International experience and recognition: We are proud of our achievements, such as the Gold Winner in the Best Crisis Management Approach nomination at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) - 2022 and the Silver Stevie Award for Contact Centre of the Year - 2023.Strong team: over 550 talented professionals across 5 locations in Ukraine and Poland, united by shared values and a commitment to excellence.Global clients: our client list includes global international companies in the fields of airlines, delivery, fintech, transportation, etc.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals;Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation;Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual and written content;Create and promote personal brand content, highlighting our team expertise and enhancing our thought leadership in the industry;Report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in SMM;Experience with LinkedIn;Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms;Fluent English knowledge;Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience;Creative mindset with the ability to propose and implement ideas;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
