Your area of ​​responsibility: Development of accounts in social networks: Linkedin (b2b), Instagram and Facebook (employee brand); SMM writing -strategies and development of content plan; Creation of photo and video content; Writing and publication of posts/articles/stories/reels in English and Ukrainian according to the content plan; Designing TK for the designer to create visuals; Development of creatives for advertising, launch of advertising through Meta Ads and analytics of results; Generation of new ideas and their testing; Conducting regular reports, analyzing performance and adjusting the SMM strategy based on this data. What we expect from you: 2+ years of experience in the position of SMM manager; Confident experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook; Experience in independently drawing up an SMM strategy and content plan; Experience in developing a complete analysis of the target audience and competitor analysis; Knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts in any format; Ability to work with graphic design platforms (Canva, Figma) and video editors; Freelance command of the Ukrainian language, in particular knowledge of modern Ukrainian spelling; High level of self-organization and meeting deadlines; Creativity, ability to present your ideas and argue your vision; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
