We are the Ukrainian agency DoBa. digital, which works with projects in the service niche and with personal brands. We cooperate with clients on the Ukrainian and English-speaking markets.

We are currently looking for a talented, thinking and conscious SMM specialist!

Responsibilities:

• Create small promotion strategies
• On the basis of a ready-made strategy, create content plans for posts/reels and stories, publish content by meeting deadlines.
• Understanding the basics of marketing and advertising;
• Understanding sales funnels and product matrix concepts for a specific product;
• Creating content plans for stories and posts;
• Skills for creating content that meets the goals of a specific project
• Writing post texts (sometimes with the help of a copywriter);
• Visual design of stories and their posting; (posts are designed by the designer)
• Knowledge of basic editors for creating visual content (for example Canva)
• Video editing;
• Generation of ideas for content creation
< li>Response to comments (we do not respond in Direct)
• Creation and conducting of contests and raffles (if needed)
• Ability to analyze key metrics

Requirements:

Conditions:

• fully REMOTE work from anywhere in the world
• stable work schedule online: MON-FRI
• communication with the team from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. around Kyiv
• we go on calls with the team 3 times a dayzhden

SALARY depends on the number and quality of project management:

2 projects — 15,000 UAH

3 projects — 22,500 UAH

4 projects - UAH 30,000
