The mission of the public organization "Donors for Life" is to raise the awareness of the female population on the issues of egg donation and surrogate motherhood, to provide full free legal, medical and psychological assistance to donors and surrogate mothers who have had previous negative experiences, and also to provide women with the opportunity to participate in the program in verified institutions, which reduces the risks to their health. • Looking for a full-time job employment, remote format (schedule 09-18 from Mon-Fri), going to the location by arrangement.
• You have successful cases of launching and developing brands in social networks
• You know how to shoot quality content
• Ready to become the face of the brand and actively shoot videos in social networks (TikTok)
• You have the ability to behave in front of the camera ( for content creation)

?? We know that you will be very cool to do the following things for our brand:

• Analyze and gather market information together with the R&D department /competitors/target audience and with burning eyes to offer cool new ideas
• Brand development in social networks Develop a content plan for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.;
• Generate creative and non-standard ideas and bring them to life; Quick response to trends and information sources (situational marketing), ability to work with current topics and trends
• Create visual and video content (Ability to shoot videos, confident command of visual editor Figma, Canva, etc. and video editors).
• Ability to increase audience engagement managing brand communications on social media / interaction with the audience
• Together with the SMM department, tactically implement the developed strategy - plan, create a content plan, implement and analyze content in social media. brand networks
• Be able to be creative and constantly look for new ideas, make new proposals.
