SMM manager / assistant manager remotely in Forsify

Forsify is an innovative company specializing in AI marketing and business solutions, helping international clients automate their marketing and transform their businesses with AI. We are looking for a dedicated and talented SMM manager (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) with 3 years of experience in SMM marketing. The work will be performed in English and Ukrainian. Working directly with the director of the company, part of the tasks will be related to the director's personal brand and help with marketing projects. 

Main duties:

• Preparation of presentations: Creation of professional, visually attractive presentations according to our brand guides.

• Design: Development of graphic materials for presentations, social networks, ensuring compliance with the visual style of the company.

• Content creation: Writing blog posts and preparing content for LinkedIn, YouTube shorts, Instagram reels.

• Publishing content: Organizing and publishing content on social networks (mainly LinkedIn and YouTube shorts and horizontal videos) according to the content plan.

• Copywriting: Writing advertising copy, website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, and social media that grabs attention, increases engagement, and maintains a brand tone of voice.

Video montage: Editing and creation of video content for YouTube and short formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts).

• Targeted advertising: Help in setting up and managing targeted advertising on various platforms LinkedIn, GoogleAds, Meta.

• Virtual events: Planning and organizing virtual events such as webinars and online presentations (once every 1-2 months).

• Client base management: Maintenance and updating of the database of potential customers, communication support and assistance in project management.

• Marketing projects: Participation in the development and implementation of various marketing campaigns.

• Team coordination: Assistance in finding and coordinating the work of specialists for individual projects.

Requirements:

• Fluent or advanced command of the English language.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, design or related fields.

• Ability to work with graphic tools (Canva, Figma, and various AI tools).

• Understanding YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media algorithms with hands-on experience.

• Video editing skills(CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar).

• < p>Experience and proven skills in SMM.

• A sense of taste .

• Writing texts in English without errors. 

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, script writing experience. 

• The ability to develop presentations in English.

• Understanding marketing strategies.

• High level of organization and ability to work remotely in a team and independently.

• Creativity, initiative and good communication skills.

• Desirable: experience with AI tools.

The first interview will be in English, the second interview will include the performance of the task, the third interview will be 1-1 with the director of the company, after the selection there will be a 3-day paid internship, in case of successful completion, you will be offered position in the Forsify team.
