What we're looking for

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Working with Marketing Strategy Lead to develop social media campaigns and content 
• Update social media content across all channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Linkedin, Reddit, etc)
• Engage with customers and followers and parnters (comments, retweets, etc)
• Use tools such as Blaze, Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite or any other social media marketing tools that you currently use or plan to use
• Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
• Track SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Develop content or assign tasks to content developers
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers

What we are looking for person who has

• Experience as a social media manager or a similar role 
• Experience in executing social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Linkedin, Reddit etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude for crafting engaging content (meme, degen content)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of degen content and how to create it (memes, gifs, etc) 
• Strong web3 writer 
• Deep knowledge of web3 trends and current events 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or related field
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year + in similar position in IT, blockchain or marketing
• Proficient user of Notion, Slack, Miro
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Nice to have

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, specifically DeFi and gaming
• 2nd language (German, French, Chinese, Spanish)
• Visual content creation (banners, gifs, short video content)
