In connection with the expansion, the Gardenshop company invites a SMM - Manager to its team.

Duties:

• Development of SMM strategies;
• Research of the target audience;
• Analysis of competitors;
• Creating and publishing content;
• Development of a content plan;
• Writing texts for social networks (facebook, TikTok, Instagram);
• Planning and creation of various content (texts, images, videos, stories, reels) taking into account the features of each platform and the interests of the audience;
• Organization of filming and editing of material for the YouTube channel;
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI);
• Preparation of regular reports on work performed, results achieved and recommendations for further development;
• Adjustment of strategy and tactics based on received data.

You are our man if:

• If you are on "YOU" with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, LightRoom) to create or process images and infographics;
• Ability to create and edit short videos for TikTok, Reels, Stories (eg CapCut, VN);
• You know how the algorithms of different platforms work and how to use them to increase organic reach;
• You know how to prepare clear and informative reports on the effectiveness of SMM activity.
