We are looking for a SMM manager marketing department of a licensed online casino brand. We need a specialist who does not just feed cats, but feels the platform, works in a team and takes responsibility for the result.
From you we expect:
- from 1 year of experience in SMM or content marketing;
- ability to think in formats and select content for the platform: what will fit in Telegram, what will fit in Instagram, and what is in TikTok / YouTube Shorts;
- ability to work in a team with designers, editors, target specialists, editors;
- visual taste and an eye for trends;
- understanding of basic analytics: ER, CTR, reach, engagement, conversions;
- responsible task management is a team rhythm, but everyone keeps their zone.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Canva / Figma / CapCut / VN / Premiere / DaVinci - at a basic or intermediate level;
- experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Heygen, Veo, etc.) - for idea generation or automation routines;
- skills for preparing short interviews, surveys, Reels / Shorts / TikTok, understanding of storytelling and visual storytelling;
- willingness to grow and test hypotheses — in content, approaches, in connection with advertising.
Responsibilities in this position:
- come up and implement content strategies for various platforms: Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts;
- work together with an editor and a designer: set tasks, brief, accept results;
- maintain Telegram channels: design, texts, stories, comments, communities;
- analyze metrics and look for growth points;
- follow trends and adapt them to product realities;
- maintain a content calendar — not overloaded, but systemic.
