We are opening a competition for a vacant position: SMM manager

Functional duties:

1. Lead generation and sales support 

• Ensuring product awareness among a wide audience and maintaining their image in accordance with the marketing communications strategy. 
• Implementation of the schedule of special marketing campaigns (in particular, the launch of new products). 
• Active participation in the development of marketing plans for working with potential and current clients. 

2. Work with social networks, groups and channels

• Development of communication concepts for each of the channels
• Creation of content plans for different channels in accordance with marketing plans and general communication strategy
• Maintenance of pages (Facebook,  TikTok), groups (Facebook, Viber, ) and channels (Telegram, Messenger, YouTube) according to the concept of each social networks
• Writing texts for posts in pages and groups
• Preparation of visuals for posts (independently or by providing technical specifications to a designer)
• Development of ideas, shooting and editing of videos for social networks
• Planning and coordination of content plans
• ConductsA/B testing of posts (Facebook)
• Increasing conversion from posts in social networks and groups

3. Launching and conducting advertising campaigns 

• Segmentation of audiences in Meta, Google (YouTube), Telegram (Advio), LinkedIn
• Writing texts for advertisements
• Preparation of visual materials in the appropriate formats for each advertising channel
• Adjustment of advertisements in Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns activities

4. Analytics and optimization

• Maintenance and analysis of reports in Power BI, GA4, advertising cabinets and internal dashboards
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of content, advertising, postings and channels
• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing their results
• Critical analysis of work results and identification of growth points
• Tracking trends and implementation of relevant formats of content
• Testing new channels of interaction with the audience
• Conducting quantitative audience research

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher philological or economic education
• Work experience as an smm specialist — from 1 of the year
• Confident use of office programs: MS Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Teams
• Basic understanding of AI tools to simplify work - desirable, but not necessary
• Experience with advertising cabinets Meta, YouTube, Advio, LinkedIn
• Desired: Knowledge of the basics of building segments in Creatio, Meta, Google, Telegram Ads
• Desirable presence portfolio
