?Expected results works:

• development and implementation of the Foundation's presence strategy in social networks (X(Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram);
• creation and adaptation of attractive and targeted content (texts, photos, videos, stories, reels) for various platforms and formats;
• development of content plans and publication schedules, ensuring their compliance;
• monitoring of mentions of the Fund in social networks, analysis of the activity of associates and trends;
• interaction with the audience: responses to comments, messages, community formation;
• analysis of the effectiveness of SMM activities, preparation of regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

What we expect from the candidate:

• unquestionable commitment to the cause to which the Foundation is dedicated;
• 2 years of SMM work experience, preferably in public or charitable organizations, or social projects, confirmed by successful cases/portfolio;
• understanding of algorithms and promotion features in style="font-weight: 700">X(Twitter), LinkedIn and other popular social networks;
• experience working with advertising offices (Facebook Business Manager/Meta Business Suite);
• skills working with graphic editors (for example, Figma, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage) to create visual content;
• experience working with video editors (basic level);
• excellent writing skills (copywriting) in Ukrainian, understanding of the basic principles of marketing communication;
• creative thinking, initiative and the ability to generate new ideas;
• English language B2 (Upper-Intermediate)/
