SMM manager in W8 Shipping

W8 Shipping is an American-Ukrainian company with its own logistics infrastructure, warehouses, offices and team in the USA.

The mission of W8 Shipping is to provide excellent service for the purchase and delivery of cars from the USA. We want quality cars from the USA to be the norm for Ukrainians. Therefore, we work according to the clear and demanding American standard.

We are looking for a responsible and active SMM manager (B2B direction)

Your tasks will be:

• Build a brand in social networks — from concept to result.
• Create content that attracts and sells: posts, Reels, carousels, infographics.
• Start content matrix: company updates and insights, customer pain points, case studies, analysis of logistics, etc.
• Create a profile so that it is impossible to forget (a clear offer, brand visual, highlights).
• Make cases and videos that will be stored in "Favorites".
• Create stories through brand faces - an expert who speaks the language of customers (Hook - Pain - Solution).
• Write video scripts and do basic editing

Our expectations:

• Have experience in SMM from 1 year (B2B or logistics/shipping will be plus).
• You know how to work with videos and photos, create content that is read and shared.
• You love creativity, but you don't forget about business goals.
• You feel the fine balance between "interesting" and "sells", and you know what funnel content is, how it works and is created
• You know how to turn dry facts into live stories.
