The mission of PIN-UP Global is to improve and develop products for the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;   
- Create and manage content, including expert-level texts that highlight product and industry knowledge;   
- Adapt content to suit the specifics of each platform and target audience;   
- Track and analyze SMM metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;   
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, marketing) to create cohesive content;   
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SMM trends, memes, news, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the iGaming industry;   
- Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that showcase achieved KPIs;   
- Be prepared for team parties at a moment's notice.  

Requirements:

- 3–69 years of experience in SMM, preferably in iGaming;  
- Experience in promoting the employer brand and its products through social networks;     
- Strong copywriting skills: ability to create expert texts tailored to the brand's tone of voice and target audience;     
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork;     
- You can easily distinguish cringe from based;     
- Level 69 meme-archivist;     
- You're up-to-date with all trends, allowing you to hype 24/7;     
- Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;     
- Profound expertise in top-notch visuals;     
- You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;  
- You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work.

Will be plus:

- Experience in iGaming, Fintech or Digital Marketing;     
- Photography skills;     
- Rap and breakdancing skills;     
- Skill in Photoshop, Premiere / Final Cut.
