About you:

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Creation and implementation of social media promotion strategy;" : none">

  Development and implementation of a content plan for each social network (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook);

• Moderation of pages/communities/profiles/channels in social media;< /span>

• Creation and placement of text, photo and video content, adaptation of visual content to social media parameters;

• Monitoring of trends, info drives and audience preferences, regular introduction of current content formats and generation of new ideas for maintaining pages;

• Competitor analysis, tracking content trends in the IT industry;

• Ad creative development, advertising launch and results analytics;

• Regular reporting, performance analysis and adjustment of the SMM strategy based on this data.

Skills and requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an SMM manager;

• Availability of certificates for passing specialized courses in SMM and targeting;

• Current residence in the city of Kharkiv (possibility to come to the office if necessary);

• Experience in effective promotion of communities/pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.;

• Working in applications and programs (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc.);

• Knowledge of specifics and internal analytics of social media/messengers;

• Experience of independently compiling an SMM strategy and content plan;

• Experience in developing a complete target audience analysis and competitor analysis;

• Knowledge of copywriting and the ability to write texts of any format;

• Management of advertising offices in social media;

• Creativity, the ability to present your ideas and argue your vision;

• Excellent communication skills andhigh level of self-organization;

• Literacy and fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.

• Experience of working in IT company;

• Availability of successful cases of promoting LinkedIn business page;
