Requirements:

• work experience in the field of SMM from 1 year;
• understanding of Fb, Instagram, Tik Tok algorithms:
• skills in developing and implementing SMM and content strategies;
• ability to write interesting texts for the target audience audience;
• ability to create and edit video content;
• knowledge and experience in Photoshop/Canva/Figma (in any of the graphic editors for creating pictures on social networks);

• ability to shoot and edit videos for (Reels, Stories, TikTok);
• responsibility, independence, creativity, sociability and ability to work in the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating a content plan and its implementation; 
• Writing texts for social networks;
• Creation of graphic pictures, photos and videos - content (Reels, Stories, TikTok videos;
• Communication with the team and timely fulfillment of deadlines ;
• Analysis of performance indicators and reporting;
• Monitoring of trends and trends, timely adaptation of hotel content
• Analysis of brands and competitors.
