Responsibilities:

1. Content creation:

    •    Development of unique content for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram):

    •    Posts, stories, videos, video product reviews, life hacks.

    •    Video content using Shine Shop products.

    •    Thematic sections (reviews, training, recommendations).

    •    Organization of photo and video shooting for product presentation.

    •    Preparation of materials for promotional campaigns, promotions and raffles.

    •    Creation of interactive content to attract the audience (surveys, contests, marathons).

2. Work with opinion leaders:

    •    Search for opinion leaders in the manicure industry:

    •    Identification of promising masters, bloggers and teachers.

    •    Analysis of audience, influence and statistics.

    •    Organization of cooperation:

    •    Coordinating terms of collaborations, preparing briefs.

    •    Launch of collaborations: ambassador programs, master classes, raffles.

    •    Organization of PR mailings involving Shine Shop products.

    •    Control of cooperation results:

    •    Monitoring of publications, brand mentions, effectiveness of promotional codes.

    •    Analysis of results (reach, engagement, sales).

3. Maintaining social networks:

    •    Development of a content plan for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram.

    •    Preparation and publication of regular content.

    •    Interaction with the audience: replies to comments, private messages, creating communities.

4. Analytics and optimization:

    •    Assessment of effectiveness of content, collaborations with opinion leaders.

    •    Making changes to the content strategy to improve performance.

    •    Monthly reporting on work results.

Who are we looking for?

    •    Work experience:

    •    In SMM — from 1-2 years.

    •    Creating content: photos, videos, texts.

    •    Cooperation with opinion leaders: agreement of terms, organization of campaigns.

    •    Creative approach:

    •    Analytic skills:
