Our ideal candidate has:

• Successful work experience as an SMM specialist from 2 years. Experience in medicine will be an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of the working mechanisms of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other social networks
• Experience in creating photo and video content for various social media formats
• Knowledge of basic graphic and video editors (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas

Functional duties:

• Development and implementation of an SMM strategy for brand promotion in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Creation of photo and video content for publications, stories and advertisements campaigns
• Development and implementation of content plans in cooperation with a designer and copywriter
• Planning, launch and management of advertising campaigns in social networks using advertising cabinets (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads )
• Working with influencers and partners to increase reach and build reputation of the brand
• Management of brand reputation in social networks: moderation of comments, work with reviews, building communication with subscribers
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of content and advertising campaigns based on key indicators (CTR, CPM, ROI, CPA )
