SMM manager in Medgrup Ukrayina

We are looking for a creative SMM manager to join our team! We are Medgroup Ukraine, a company specializing in Medical Clothing. Our product changes the lives of our customers for the better, and we want even more people to know about it. If you love social networks, know how to create exciting content, collaborate with thought leaders and develop new strategies for business development - we are waiting for you! 

Your duties:

• Writing texts for posts, creating and selecting visual content. 

• Independent photo and video shooting for social networks (on a smartphone or camera, if necessary).

• Content post-processing (basic retouching and editing in Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).

 • Planning, launch and analysis of advertising campaigns. 

• Interaction with the audience: communication in comments, replying to messages.

• Finding and collaborating with bloggers, including opinion leaders among doctors.

 • Development and implementation of new strategies to develop the company and increase sales.

 • Analysis of content effectiveness and reporting (key metrics, ROI).

• Studying trends and introducing new formats in communication. 

• Cooperation with designers, photographers or videographers (if necessary). 

We are looking for you if:

• You have 2 years of experience as an SMM manager.

• You can freely navigate the functionality social network (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok).

• You have skills in cooperation with bloggers and work with opinion leaders.

 • You know how to take photos and shoot videos (photo and video processing skills are a big plus). 

• You know the basics of copywriting, content marketing and targeted advertising. 

• You have basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop will be an advantage). 

• You understand data analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). 

• Creative thinker, attentive to details and able to work with deadlines.

• Knowledge of the English language (level B1+ will be an advantage). What we offer:
